Our Grade 3, 4, and 5 students filled the theater with music and energy on Friday, 8 May 2026, for our annual Spring Concert. This performance was a wonderful showcase of the dedication and musical growth our students have achieved throughout the 2025–2026 school year.
The morning began with an energetic performance by the Grade 5 Band, followed by the melodic and focused sounds of the Grade 5 Strings. It was inspiring to hear about the technical progress these older students have made as they have mastered more complex instrumental pieces since starting their new instruments at the beginning of this school year.

Our younger musicians also shone brightly on stage. The Grade 3 Recorders performed a heartfelt rendition of "Memories," while the Grade 4 Ukuleles delighted the audience with the upbeat favorite, "How Far I’ll Go". For many, these performances represented months of practice in learning how to read music and play in harmony with their peers.
The concert reached a powerful finale with the Grade 3–5 Choir. Students from across the upper elementary grades joined together to perform a diverse set of songs, including:
● "Never Give Up" by Rollo Dilworth
● "Shake it Off" by Taylor Swift
● "Die with a Smile" by Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars
● "This is Me" from The Greatest Showman

These songs were chosen to highlight themes of perseverance, friendship, and self-confidence. Seeing the students stand together on the risers to close out the show was a testament to the community they have built through their shared love of music.
Thank you to all the families who joined us to support these young performers. Your encouragement is the greatest gift to our students as they continue their musical journeys!
