Students agreed that the day was well-spent.
"I found out that people in very di erent circumstances can s ll relate and learn together,” reported Gabriel Bote, M’KIS Sixth Grade Student.
Other students had similar things to say about the trip. Sing Zhou Chiang shared that “The Siamsin trip was an amazing experience where we were able to help other kids.”
Trip co-sponsors Judy Morrison and Marissa Hauser were pleased with the e ort from their students. The two also lead Helping Hands, the service club that regularly volunteers at the center.
“We think the students learned a lot today,” Hauser said. “We hope even more of our students will consider joining Helping Hands club a er having such a posi ve experience.”
