Enrollment Fees

Upon submission and acceptance of the application, a non-refundable processing fee of RM1,700 will be charged.

Should a new student and/or guardian require the school to process a visa, a fee of RM800 per application will be charged.

For each visa renewal of a current student and/or guardian, a fee of RM300 will be charged.

A student who needs an English Language proficiency assessment will be charged RM1,200.

More Than 1 Enrollment

A family or company enrolling more than one (1) child/student in Grades 1 to 12 will be charged an admission fee of:

  • RM28,000 for the first child/ student. 
  • RM18,000 for the second child/ student. 
  • RM15,000 for the third child/ student.
  • RM10, 000 for the fourth child/ student and subsequent children/ students. 

The admission fee will be waived for a student who transfers to M’KIS from an internationally accredited school in Malaysia.

The annual re-enrolment fee for a returning student who wishes to re-enrol or continue in the new academic year is RM2,300.

A student who needs additional support through our English as an Additional Language (EAL) program will be charged:

Elementary School

a) EAL Intensive Support: RM5,000 per semester
b) EAL Support: RM2,000 per semester (the fee may be prorated)

 

Middle School and High School

a) EAL Support: RM3,000 per semester (the fee may be prorated)

 

The rebate of tuition fees for a family or company will be:
a) 2% of the tuition fees for the second child
b) 3% of the tuition fees for the third child and subsequent children

A student who enrols in mid-semester will be charged a prorated fee.


No tuition fees will be refunded for a student who withdraws prior to completing the semester.

All fees will be reviewed annually.

a) A student participating in athletic leagues, such as AIMS and SEASAC, will be required to pay individual travel and registration fees for competitions. The school will pay the annual league membership fee.


b) A student participating in certain co-curricular activities may be required to contribute towards the costs.

Classroom stationery sets will be provided for students in Pre-K3, Pre-K4, Kindergarten and Elementary school.

  • A fee invoice will be sent to the family or company before the start of a new semester. There are two (2) semesters in a school year.
  • All fees are payable in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
  • All tuition fees are to be paid in full, no later than seven (7) days from the commencement of the school semester.
