The Symphonic Band performs in Plaza Damas -- Nov. 2007
The MKIS Symphonic Band consists of less than 20 students, but the level of motivation and energy remains high on top. This class is open to all advanced high school students from grade 9-12 who seek to challenge themselves in music, to refine their performing skills, prepare for various concerts and to advance their musical skills and techniques.
This band regularly performs concerts in the school and in the community, including venues like Hartamas and Bangsar Shopping Centres. There is a wide range of creativity in the style of music they play. Ranging from classical to jazz to modern and famous tunes, our band members produce high quality-sounding music, always ready for performance.
